Something not working, or a breed fact that looks wrong? Email us at hello@pawsonality.app and a person will reply, usually within two working days. Telling us your iPhone model and iOS version helps.

My match won't load

Matches are written by AI and need an internet connection. Check you're online and tap Try Again. If it keeps failing, our servers may be busy; wait a minute and try once more.

Where's my match?

Your latest match lives on the Match tab, even offline. Retaking the quiz replaces it with a new one.

Where are my answers stored?

Your results stay on your iPhone. Your answers are sent to the AI only to write your match and are not stored on our servers. The Privacy Policy has the details.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app. Everything Pawsonality stores is on your device, so it goes with it.

Is my match a recommendation?

No. Pawsonality is for entertainment and inspiration, a starting point for your own research. A dog is a 10–15 year commitment: meet the dog, talk to breeders, rescues and your vet, and check local laws before deciding. See our Terms.
